All purchases made to order once payment has been confirmed. Please allow 3 – 5 days for delivery.
During busy periods please allow an extra 2/3 days for items to be received.

To do our bit for the environment we reuse boxes we receive from suppliers. All boxes are recyclable.
Returns
Returns are eligible for damaged goods only. To be eligible for a return goods must be faulty / damaged and unused.
Please email hello@daisyflame before returning any goods.
Customer is responsible for the costs of returning items.
Please notify us within 24hrs of any damages.
We will replace or refund any items damaged during delivery if photographic evidence is sent to us within 3 days of receipt.
